Hello Mr. lybrate-user, though it is advisable to reduce the dose of pregabalin in renally impaired patient, but 25 mg /day is quite a reduced dose (normal available dose is 75 mg/day). So you can have it safely if prescribed by a physician.

Hi lybrate-user ji. Without proper consultation which is required for detailed case study. Me or any doctor cannot advise you properly.
Still maxgalin is a kind of nerve tonic. Which will reduce the complaints. Still there are some homoepathic medicine which can help more and with no side effects.
You may take Zincum Metallicum 30 one dose for three days. Report after 10 days.

It is not related to thyroid. Atleast for 2 to 3 years you have to take if you are getting relief with medicines. Hope that by that time we might be able to solve your problem with proper medical insight for fibromyalgia.

Maxgallin has been given for paraesthesia actually withou coming to a reasonable diagnosis, what is the cause of your symptoms. If more details about paraesthesia are furnished like exact location, aggravating and relieving factors and any loss of sensation or weakness. So we really do not know the cause of your tingling.
Maxgallin will induce drowsiness, mild reduction in the dosage may help.
