Mr Vasanthkumar, Thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned appears to be Pragabalin a drug used to treat diabetic neuropathy related pain. It can be taken if required. But it is most important to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c5 about 7%. Thanks.

This medication is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent, prescribed for partial seizures; management of postherpetic neuralgia (nerve pain caused by the varicella zoster virus); management of fibromyalgia (a condition where the patient has muscle and connective tissue pain).

medicine are not only solution, you should talk to counsellor or therapist for your sleep issue in detail to get the relief but meantime follow sleep hygiene, meditation, day time exercise (depends on overall health issues ), so better check with counsellor with whole case history.

You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Since you are 25 years old only , it will be better to get Investigated as to the cause for the loss of lordosis
1 You can do a CBC ESR
2. If your pain is not subsiding you can take an MRI
3 In the meantime you can continue the medications,as they are indicated
