Sildenafil is a drug for erectile dysfunction and duralast or dapoxetine is a drug for premature ejaculation. These two are different condition but they may co-exist. Only if both these disorders are there, only then two drugs are required. Otherwise it will add to cost and side effect burden. A detailed evaluation often distinguishes the two conditions and the combination is rarely required.

Avoid using Sildenafil (Manforce) at such young age. Otherwise your body will become dependent on it. You should exercise regularly and eat balanced food. Taking some time for the penis to get erect after first intercourse is natural.

HIV, Hep B and C virus are all transmitted by sexual route. All jaundice are not HBsAg related and no jaundice leads to HIV. You can ask for HIV RAPID/ELISA after 12 weeks or so of exposure to be sure that you are negative. You may also ask for HBV and HCV screening along with it. Manforce does not prevent HIV Transmission but condom does.
Best wishes.
