Letrozole is commonly used for ovulation induction to improve the chance of pregnancy. However at this age the chance of success with letrozole is extremely limited. Considering your age, you have limited period of time for pregnancy. We cannot reduce the age. Therefore we advise to check blood for amh and check your husband's semen as soon as possible. At this age, probably you will need ivf.

Age 38 years trying to conceive for last six months bt not successful. My gynae earlier gave clofert tablets for five days. This month she has given stimufol tablets and advised for HSG test. If you are taking letroze, you need to do ovulation monitoring and timed intercourse. The chances of conception with natural cycle is around 8 percent in a cycle. So nothing to worry. You will surely conceive.
