Hello, After one month you have to get an ultrasound done again, to cheack if the cyst has disappeared. Usually it takes 2-3 months. Only then you plain for pregnancey.

You need a higher dose tablet. Start Krimson 35 if you have not skipped more than two tablets and restart the Ovral L next cycle. If you have skipped more than two, discard the packet and wait for proper periods before starting a new packet

Ovral won't help at this stage. Do a urine pregnancy test. Treatment depends on whether it is negative or positive.
