My wifes pregnancy past history summary indicates from me .3 miscarriages in last 4 years.in current present situation she is 4 months 12 days pregnant &last april 2020 she troubled of red bleeding after doctor take decision and admitted her for 11 days & at that time to until weekly she takes 1 proluton depot 500 inj & hucog hp 5000 .before admit she takes 18 inj & after admitted to until today she takes 7 inj. Is that right treatment .she is ivf patient. Please guide me doctor.

The treatment seems alright although difficult to comment without checking the papers of patient .
IVF pregnancy requires a lot of care and in some cases a number of injections are given before and after pregnancy occurs . First to try help conceive and then to retain pregnancy .
Also , the treatment varies from patient to patient

Hi, I am 32 years old and pregnant for 24 weeks. I have 2 kids, both pregnancies were normal. This pregnancy till now was normal, but today I noticed fresh bleeding like periods that made me worried. It lasted for about 15 min. Immediately, I got the ultrasound done. The report show good growth of baby, movements and heart beat. Other parameters are normal. But, it shows marginal placental separation. There is no abdominal trauma, laborious work or exertion that could result in that. I contacted my gain and was suggested daflon 500 and trenaxa for 3 days and susten 200 twice a day and proluton depot 500 weekly. There is no bleeding since the first episode and I am on complete bed rest. Please suggest what else needs to be done and how it will effect my baby.

Myself rekha jain 33 years last period was on 27th april 2022 I tested positive on 30th may 2022 visited gynaecologist medication was hcg 5000 iu injection and duphaston 10 mg tablets twice daily starting 1st june 2022. I was having brownish spotting and a little bleeding in the morning around 9: 30 am today i.e 14th june 2022 I visited the doctor whom I consulted earlier she was not available and responded over call gave me proluton depot 250 mg 2 injections and suggested me for a scan. I got tvs scan done it shows 4 weeks 5 days. After the scan she told me to take duphaston 10 mg tablets thrice a day after meal and said it's very early pregnancy sign in uterus.

No you can't take these tablets which work as oral tablets for prevention of pregnancy also
doses need to be regulated according to the ultrasound reports about follicles rupture after formation around 14 th day.

I am 24 years old nd 4 months months back I got c section nd blessed wth baby girl. 2 months back I have taken depo provera injection from then I am suffering with continuous spotting or bleeding occurs. Then I have taken intimacy plus 3 tablets then bleeding was stopped so should I take intimacy plus 3 tablets upto 4 months (till inj effects presence)? When will my period comes?

Its a side effect of inj. Provera to have irregular bleeding sppoting or delayed periods so need not to warry get your self treated any problem it effect your life.

Is it safe for me to take depot provera and microgynon 30 at the same time? I was advised to take both to stop the bleeding. However I think it’s having some effect on my body I started to see breast milk coming from my nipples whenever I squeezed them and am not pregnant. What is going on with my body and does the birth controls have anything to do with it?

Hi i'm completed 2 and half month of c section and tubectomy and i'm breast feeding mother and i'm bleeding. My doctor suggested me to take a depot provera injection for one time to stop bleeding. After using this injection my bleeding stop but from last 20 days onwards i'm spotting. My doctor suggested me to take meprate tablet but no use again she suggested me to take pause mf but no use again she suggested me to take tranexa tablets but no use still i'm spotting. My doctor suggested me to take a scan in that my endometrial wall is 4 mm and scan report impression is good. Finally my doctor suggested me to take k stat 500 tablet for 10 days daily one time to stop spotting. From last five days onwards i'm taking this tablet but no improvement still i'm spotting. I already consult my gynaecologist. Why i'm spotting why tablets not working. Im getting tired pls tell how to stop spotting immediately.

I will not advise any lactating woman to take inj. Proluton depot for control of bleeding. Proper breast feeding will help involution of uterus and control of bleeding. Now you are the tenth person asking me for bleeding control after taking inj. Proluton depot. Better ask that doctor who prescribed you this.
