I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant. yesterday had bleeding so went for checkup doctor advised for USG and in the reports heartbeat was not found doctor injected Proluton depot and asked for another USG done after 10 days. Today I am not having bleeding. Is there chances for my proper pregnancy. I am very nervous. I had miscarriage before 2 years.

I am 35 weeks 5 days pregnant currently. White discharge watery ,thick and cold discharge. It is safe to take susten 200 mg tablet orally both dose in morning and night. Weekly once taking protein 500 depot injection by this 25th jan 2022 last dose for proluton depot 500 mg inj.

I think the discharge that u are describing maybe the covering of the susten capsule if u are using vaginally. but get a physical exam to rule out yeast infection

1) I assume you have done a pregnancy test and ruled out pregnancy.
2) those who do not get withdrawal bleeding after progesterone (after waiting for at least 8 days after stopping progesterone) need some reports and change in hormones.

Hi Dr. Is the use of inj proluton and cyclogest the same? I have a patient who told me she is being placed on cyclogest presently. She had a miscarriage in the past due to cervical incompetence @16 weeks. She is presently 6 weeks pregnant with co-existing fibroids. Is it safe for her to continue with the cyclogest or what is the best form of management to prevent another miscarriage. Thanks in anticipation.

Bleeding or brown discharge is often "normal" but may indicate miscarriage. Get USG done as soon as possible. please continue all medicines.

I was on depo for about 1.5 years and have been off it now for about 3 months im taking no other contraception. I have had 2 occasions of very light bleeding which only last 2 days both occasions were 23 days apart. I was curious as to when my periods will return back to a normal flow and if there is a chance I am still fertile even with only light bleeding?
