I am taking aceclofenac sustained release tablets along with pantoprazole for back and neck pain. My doctor prescribed them for 15 days but I wanted to ask if I can continue to take them for 15 more days?

You usually don't need to take anti inflammatory medicines for so long.
If one has to do so, then it should be taken under medical supervision.

You haven't mentioned whether you're diabetic or immunocompromised for that matter. Whatever brief details we got, seems like otitis externa which takes time to heal but does respond to good quality antibiotics.
