If advised not to take by a physician, you could give her paracetamol 650 mg for pain and an anti-inflammatory like serratiopeptidase for the swelling. After circumcision there will be swelling for few days. Which subsided with time. You can continue zerodol sp for few more days. Dolo is safe to take for a week or so as long as you do not vtake more than the daily maximum dose. Also, be very sure you are recovering and that you are not getting worse as in that case, you would need to do at least some investigations.

Ideally for a tennis elbow we suggest patients to use tennis elbow splint along with anti-inflammatory.
