Possible Causes of backache or back pain are :

• A sedentary lifestyle
• Age - older adults are more susceptible than young adults or children
•Anxiety
•Depression
• Obesity/overweight
• Smoking
• Strenuous physical exercise (especially if not done properly)
• Lifting something in improper manner is a common cause of back pain .
• Due to wrong posture during work. for example excessive bending or pushing back forward in long periods of time .

Usually eye fatigue can be prevented or reduced by making simple changes in your work habits or environment.
Make changes to your computer screen, such as:
Place the screen 20-26 inches away from your eyes and a little below eye level.
Regularly clean off dust and fingerprints from the screen. Smudges on the screen can reduce contrast and increase problems with glare and reflections.

After a long sitting for hours it happens mostly. You should not sit for long time continuously. After an hour you should move here and there or you can do exercise of legs while sitting.

Follow advises given below

1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour

2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer)

3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained

4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying

Get cervical X ray AP and lateral done and review with reports
