if you want to be energetic after office you should follow certain parameters from morning 1. Wake up by 6.30
2. Drink 3 glasses of water
3. Walk or jog for 45 min
4. Do not skip breakfast.
5. Have a healthy breakfast with a fruit (papaya, watermelon)
6. Mid day-11 o clk -sprouts, green tea/nuts/biscuits
7. Lunch -chapati or rice with thick dhal vegetables, salad and curd

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem

I hope you are sleeping enough at night. If not, then start sleeping on time. At night take Ashwagandha with milk for good sleep. Half an hour before sleeping keep your mobile away from the bed, do not watch tv and relax. Try to read a good book that calms your brain and body.
Last but not the least, eat a very healthy diet
