aciver dt 200 is fiven to those who have certain infection. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless necessary.
Macromycin Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat a parasitic infection known as Toxoplasmosis. considered safe to use during pregnancy.

My torch test came out positive with high levels. Igg rubella 72, cmv igg 272, toxoplasmosis igg 21. Frm past 4 mnts levels were same I took spiramycin twice a day fr 2 mnts. Bt no change in igg levels. My igm are negative. Can I try for pregnancy now. Does it cause harm to my baby.

Raised IgG levels have nothing to do with pregnancy and should not be treated. In fact we do not recommend TORCHtest at all. Only rubella needs to be tested. So do not worry and go ahead.

With rubella igg 71, cytomegalo virusigg 279, taxoplasmosisigg 21.66.before one months taxoplamis is 79, rubella36,cmv78. Dz month my cmv n rubella increased much I am taking spiramycin once in a day. Why they increase. I am plan fr pregnancy. Should I stop that. May I know how to get rid of virus from Body. More important test to do is IgM of cyto, toxo, Hepres. Rubella not required. TORCH not of much omportance.

Had missed abortion in first trimester. Then I had torch test and result is positive toxoplasmosis igg 9.33, rubella igg 42.80, cmv igg 86.50 & herpes simplex virus-I igg 6.49. Then doctor suggested me that torchnil cap& spiramycin tab twice a day for three months. After treatment of three months Please suggest me that my treatment is going on right way.& If suppose to I am get pregnant before three months then what can I do.

I am 27 year old. Ihad two misscarraiges 5 mnths apart. The last one was two weeks before when I was in the 14th week. Everything was okay. Suddenly I had severe abdominal cramps andi had my waters bleeding and baby all come out together. Went to the dctr and had d$c done. Di a blood test after a week and found toxoplasma igm reactive. Was that the cause for misscarraige? I have been given spiramycin tablets for 3 weeks and to recheck after that. Is it the right treatment? but ihave read that this medicine is given only during pregnancy and my pregnacy is over no? how long shud I wait to concieve again soon. Will this infection affect again? my bleedings havnt stopped properly again. Having just slight blood discharges. How long will it take to get everything normal.

Toxoplasma test is obsolete. It is not done these days. Moreover igm positive means you had infection earlier but now you are immune, so you can not get it again.
