1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.

lybrate-user, sorry to hear that you are suffering from headaches. From your statement, one has to assume that your diagnosis of migraine is correctly made by a qualified physician. You seem to be on an nsaid, pain medicine and vitamin along with a beta blocker, which is a preventive medicine. Side effects are not only patient and medication specific but also due to interactions between the medications.

2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain
3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime.
