Mr. Lybrate-user, dolo 650 is paracetamol 650 mg. Paracetamol has antipyretic action lasting up to about 6 hours. So it needs to be taken 4 times a day. One can take up to 4 g a day, as an upper limit. But usually that is not required or even recommended. Fever usually lasts 3 to 4 days or some times even longer depending upon the cause. Long term use of paracetamol is not advisable
Headache could've due to several reasons__ migraine ,sinusitis, neuralgia, Spondylosis, eye sight problems, tension or even reduced sugar level - to name a few. Kindly investigate the cause.

Hi Aarti.. for your knowledge paracetamol will never cure fever... it will just bring the temperature down for few hours... and my advise is not to take any medicine without consulting a doctor...
As for example paracetamol causes damage to liver...

So better consult and take proper treatment.
