she is suffering from Tinea cruris. It is fungal infection of skin as you correctly mentioned. She will need a proper treatment with prescription medicines, creams, powder and soap. Donot use Quadriderm or ringuard. As of now this infection is becoming very common and resistant. Ironing of all clothes is very important.
