Repeat the same Treatment for 3 months, but use Diltiagesic/ Cremagel instead of lox 2%, avoid constipation, use high fibre diet.

Agents are local anesthetic agents like xylocaine jelly but they have not been recommended for the problem like yours which is known as dyspareunia or painful intercourse
