I would like to tell you may be you are not completing the course or taking incomplete treatment. Oral and topical anti fungal are required. Also koh test of skin scrapping is required to be done.

• Keep the face non-oily by washing it mildly with luke-warm water. 
• Wash the face with warm water frequently without using a soap or with Homoeopathic soap.

At this age, acne is common. Easy to control in a few months with proper supervised treatment under any skin specialist. Stop pressing your acne.
