For a compression fracture to heal properly will take 6 weeks. In the mean time sitting without support is not allowed. Complete bed rest with proper back care is necessary under orthopaedic/spine surgeon supervision. He may undergo osteoporosis therapy as advised by orthopaedic surgeon.
Pain medications as advised by doctor.

Hello,
you seem to have an issue with your tmj and this can be fixed. You might have some underlying problem cause that issue hence evaluate that and treat it accordingly with a tmj specialist.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Some patients may develop swelling in lower limbs due to retention of water and sodium following intake of certain NSAIDs like diclofenac. It could be due to not tolerating that drug. So it is better she avoids it. First thing is stop the drug and if needed some antihistaminic may be used. Swelling will go away after stopping the drug. Henceforth, she should avoid using that compound again. Thanks.

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days
bio d3 max 1tab od x10
do neck, back & general exercises.
