Hey there, no you cannot remove cavities at home. For pain relief, you can take any mild pain killer like paracetamol or for very severe pain take lyser d tablet thrice daily after meals.

Hey there, please consult a physician for the lumps. You should not ignore anything. Get proper investigations done and get assured. Treatment will follow accordingly.
For the wisdom tooth, do warm saline rinses thrice daily.
Take tab. Lyser d thrice daily for 5 days. Brush twice daily and keep the area of erupting tooth clean by rinsing regularly. Use your regular mouthwash also.
Donot use any sharp object to dig into the region. Kindly leave a review.

Have an x-ray to that tooth if there may be bone loss around the tooth it must be better get it pulled out n if no sign of bone loss or pus formation below the tooth u can undergo rct followed by capping.
