Asked for male, 16 years old from Lakhimpur Kheri

I am 16 years old and having pinched pain in my shoulders and numbness in my legs. I consulted with my near by doctor and he gave me three tablets: 1.armith-od (methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hcl and folic acid capsule) 2.serin-d (diclofenac potassium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets) 3.pra-nav (pregabalin and nortriptyline tablets) dosage directed- armith od 1 time serin-d 2 times a day pra-nav *1 time after taking all three medicines I feel very sleepy which prevents me from doing many works. Is this a side effect?

the tablet (pregabalin and nortriptyline) is causing the mentioned symptom. You should consult your doctor and he can either modify the dosage of prescribe you something else.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the rct treated tooth. May be infection has occurred again. Avoid eating from that side of the tooth having pain till the time you don't take x-ray and the required treatment for it because it will pain more. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab flozen ns. This will help in reducing pain n swelling but this is going to give you temporary relief.

Hello Sir/Madam, I am 21 years old (Male, one year back a small lump has been formed inside my right breast under aerola nd with medications it has vanished. And now the same thing started in left breast and I'm very much worried about it. When I tough it pains a lot. Its deviating my concentration and now I'm under medications. I don't know why it is happening. My thoughts are always on it and it I'm getting depressed with it. Im not knowing what to do can you help me? I mean why this occurs nd Doctor prescribed me antibiotic (TAXIM-O CV 200, pain killer (LYSER FORTE) and a vitamin tablet (EVION LC). Are these medications are enough? or else any further examinations are needed? please prescribe me The lump is of small size slightly hard under aerola.

Hi there, I got a rat bite 12 days back, on day 1 doctor gave me tetanus and rabies injection and some antibiotics. On day 1 there is no swelling and pain. I am having below medicine from day 1 Tab. Amoxy CV 625 b.d. Tab. Lyser d b.d. Tab. Aciloc300 o.d. But now there is huge swelling, pain and redness. I am washing my leg with fitkari water but there is change in condition. From last two days I also having 100 fever headache joint pain. Yesterday I got injection for infection and fever. Please suggest what it happens and what should I do now. Regards, Nitesh kumar.

till then you can try ab urispas three times a day nariyal paani twice or thrice a day and plenty of fluids.

I had anal fissure due to gastric n dehydration. I consulted a doctor and started taking medications which included stool softener/laxative, anti gastric, flozen tz, zenflox oz, and I applied pilex. My fissure got healed I believe as there is no burning or pain while pooping. I did not have any bleeding as well. However, there is a skin/tissue thing like an inner lining swelling. I went to ayurvedic doctor who said itâs sentinel piles at two places due to fissures at two places. I apply a jelly ointment which gives it lubrication before popping so it doesât give any issue and eat lot of fibre n drink water. I issue is with the protrusion thing it gives discomfort and sometimes pinching pain. I am scared abt it so I am avoid sitting also cause it feels sensitive. How can that go? Shrink? The ayurvedic doctor suggested ksharsutra thing but I am not wanting to go for surgical or parasurgical options. Please suggest medications. (note I noticed this thing swell more once after sits bath)

Hi. I was hospitalized last month for dengue and acute bronchitis now I am suffering from sore throat or you can say irritation in throat and runny nose leading to often sneezing. I get this every month and now I really feel helpless as doctor said it's also because of low immunity. The last time when my throat was infected I visited ent doctor and he gave me few medicines [medicine name Saral-d with content Diclofenac potassium & serratiopeptidase tablets, medicine Cloff 250 with content Clarithromycin tablets IP, medicine Lukotas HD with content levocetirizine Montelukast & (SR) ambroxol hydrochloride tablets and lastly medicine Acebrobic with content acebrophylline capsules 100 my)] and also explained me some do's and don'ts. It was cured completely by these medicines I found these very helpful but again I'm getting throat pain and runny nose. Please suggest me some medicines which I can take whenever I get these symptoms as I hate going to the doctor again and again. What do I do I'm really fed up of taking medicines almost every month also I sometimes try home remedies which hardly helps for me?

Hi, History of tb with reactive cervical lymphadenitis @age of 9 yrs-completed full ATT that time. Chicken pox preceded by URTI 2 months ago-cervical lymph nodes just below ear between mastoid and mandible angle groove were enlarged at that time. Completed 5 days valacyclovir 1 gm TDS and cefixime 200 BD. LN were almost same size for a week. Then I stopped palpating. 40 days after this-i felt LN small grape sized bilaterally at same site. Which enlarged to 2 cm diameter at present (60 days after chickenpox). NO SYMPTOMS/NO PAIN/NO FATIGUE/NO FEVER. Usg LN showed no necrosis &size 1.88 cm×0.68 cm As per Lybrate Consultation-its not TB as no symptoms, not cancer bcoz acute presentation: Started these before 5 days=AMOXYCLAV625BD & diclofenac50+pcm 325+serratiopeptidase 10 BD for 3 days. I actually CHEWED tablets. So enteric coating damage may have resulted ineffective treatment. What to do? Maybe I am exposed to TB be I work in government hospital. Is it possible that delayed RE-ENLARGEMENT after chickenpox. Afraid of painful fnac. Will cbc/esr/crp diagnose/rule out tb and find the cause?
