Pain isn't a feature of piles unless complicated.
You might be suffering from a fissure instead.
Best is to get yourself examined by a proctologist in your area to get a proper diagnosis. For symptomatic relief.
1. Take lots of fluids and fibrous diet.
2. Avoid non veg and spices. 3. Do sits baths thrice a day.
4. Apply anaheal cream locally thrice a day.
5. Take softolax granules bed time with water.
6. Take tablet lyser d sos for pain.

Anal fissure and piles can be together so don’t be under misconception that if you have haemorrhoids you cannot have fissure it is necessary for you that you get yourself examined by a surgeon to rule out fistula or abscess - meanwhile you can take tablet cremalax once before sleep and apply white vaseline at anus twice daily.
