It is okay to take naturogest but I feel it is better to be under medical supervision. After one miscarriage, you need to take more precaution.

I am not clear whether you have stopped only for 2 days or more.
If you have stopped only for 2 days wait for few more days.
Remember Most of medical challanges need doctor to listen to detailed medical history in form of questions and answers, examination of patient and sometimes new+old reports so best is to meet prescribing doctor.

naturogest contains micronized progesterone.
When taken vaginally it's more effective. If taken orally it's effect is less continue taking it vaginally.

Naturogest sr 200 tablet is a progesterone (female hormone). It helps to establish and maintain pregnancy. It also prevents the increase in thickness of the endometrium (lining of the uterus) caused by estrogen.

The fda has approved three drugs to treat fibromyalgia: the antidepressants duloxetine (cymbalta) and milnacipran (savella), plus the anti-seizure medicine pregabalin (lyrica). But your doctor may prescribe other drugs that aren't specifically approved for fibromyalgia.
