Lymecycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, which is used to treat various infections including Chlamydia infections, Infections caused by Mycoplasma organisms and Brucella bacteria (brucellosis), Bacterial infections of the urinary tract, Leptospirosis (Weil's disease) and sexually transmitted infections.
