Harmonal imbalance correction is very difficult as we are not still so advance that we can correct there imbalance. We try to correct some of them as thyroxine. Testosterone, oestrogen etc but there are other harmones which are very hard to correct. Any how we can treat symptoms arising out of imbalance to some extent.

lybrate-user, You have narrated the complaints vaguely. Just read some good medical related articles on Internet. Probably it may be Hypothyroidism or Anaemia. Actually diseases I named is just a direction for you to search or Hunt down the probable cause of your complaints.
Sometimes it may also be due to Improper/Unbalanced diet, Heavy Menstrual loss etc. Out of many probable causes.
