Asked for female, 34 years old from Delhi

Hello I had a laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis which was around 13 cm on 1st June 2018. Dr. Added one more surgery hysteroscopy on the same time to check my tube and uterus. Everything was ok. On 2nd June Dr. Have me an injection luprodex 3.75 mg. I had periods on 15 June, but after June till date no periods, and there is no pregnancy as well. I am 35 years old, and no baby yet. Want to conceive now it's already too late. Please give me an advise.

Injection is treatment for endometriosis and effect of injection is that you dont get period and you must see that you dont get pregnancy during treatment. You may be advised to take same inj repeatedly for some time.

Hi, On december 21 2018 laparoscopy surgery for ovary cyst and endometriosis stage 4 done after 2 months surgery over still i'm bleeding little bit while urine doctor gave luprodex md 4 mg injection daily basis i'm taking 0.6 ml from six days. Now in a day only 2or3 times I see small brown clots. But when it is going to stop and why this bleeding happens right from surgery. can you help me please.

Hello,
If you are being given 3.75mg injections then it is not recommended and to be taken only monthly. So please reconsult your doctor.

I'm 33 years old. I had endometriosis and infertility problem on 18 september 2018 I had laparoscopic surgery and on 19 september doctor injected "luprodex 3m 11. 25 mg" doctor said that only 3 months no period. But 5 months going on but no period. My pregnancy test is negative. I want to be pregnant. Please doctor help me.

After using depot provera injection for one time. Why i'm spotting I use trenaxa tablets for five days to stop but no use still i'm spotting. How many days it takes to stop. When spotting will stop completely my doctor suggested me to take a depot provera injection to stop my bleeding why because i'm completed 2 months of c section and tubectomy and i'm breast feeding mother and i'm still bleeding.

Some spotting after cesarean is common you need not worry and let it fade with time
just ensure you are breastfeeeding properly 6-8 times per day including night feeds
no top feed
irregular breast feeding is common cause for such spotting after pregnancy.
Do report if you have heavy bleeding or foul smelling discharge or fever.

I had 3 miscarriages. Now i'm pregnant and it almost 10 weeks. My doctors asked me to take only 4 proluton depot 250 mg starting from 6th week. I'm taking enoxaparin 40 mg daily. Ecosprin 150 mg, dhupsyon 10 mg. Do I want to continue proluton depot injection. And some times my one leg and backside paining. Can I have success pregnancy.

folic acid
proteinex .calcium
improve hb by diet green vegetable apple,

In my opinion you should take minimum of 2 zoladex if the endometriosis is moderate. Wait for menses and then start treatment.

Schizophrenia and depression-
You have to be on drugs as long as your psychiatrist advise for it.
You should stick to your psychiatrists rescription, dosage and schedule.
Antipsychotics are very specific drugs. You should continue or stop them only on doctors advice.

Medication regime which you are talking about is more likely indicative of treatment of psychotic depression having some mixed features. So in this medication needs to be continued long term. May be few years. All a psychiatrist can say is if you stop medication abruptly then subsequent episode is going to be more rapid and severe.
