Hi Doctor I am 28 years old trying to conceive I have pcod but my periods are pretty normal, I get them within a difference of 2-3 days. Last month my doctor advised me a follicular scan and on day 17 the egg size was 19 mm and on the same day she gave me lupride injection for ovulation after two days she said the egg was released However this month my periods are overdue by 5 days and just a day back I noticed thick white discharge which I generally do not get even during ovulation. I was on duphaston for 10 days. However when I did pregnancy test it was negative. I am wondering why was that thick creamy discharge? Should I consider testing again or the delayed periods and thick creamy discharge are side effects of lupride?

If you getting period properly than you should not worry about pregnancy you will get pregnant.
Sometimes early pregnancy doesn't show in upt. Check once again after one two days.

Hi doc, we are ttc with ovulation induction from last 2 months. I am. Under medication myocyst m, evaserve, duphaston, last to last month was on letroz and lupride injection. Last month was on siphene 100 mg, hcg, hg injection ,lupride injection. My periods were irregular early but from august it's regular now. Was diagnosed with pcod ijune 2019. Every month it's on 12th. My ovulation was positive on 25th october after scanning. I have been having sticky white or at times no discharge from last 2-3 days. At times mild cramping. Is this a sign of early pregnancy or menstruation? Kindly reply. Thanks.

These signs signifies both early pregnancy or a period. If you are really anxious do s. Hcg test to know if pregnancy is positive even before you skip your periods. Avoid tension and anxiety to conceive as that itself gives a negative impact on the treatment.

Hi doc, I am trying to conceive. I was diagnosed with pcod in 2019. And from then under medication from july. Myocyst m, evaserve, duphaston. In september from september I am on ovulation induction .took letroz 2.5 mg from d2-d7 and lupride injection. After scanning on 13th day found ovulation was successful. Last month again on 12th october got periods .was on siphene 100 mg from 2-d6. Took inj hmg 150 im on 11th day, ing hcg 5000iu on 12th day and inj lupride on 13th day. Was expecting to get pregnant but unfortunately got my periods today. Husband semen analysis is also normal. Kindly suggest how to extend family. We are very eager to extend family. As it's been 4.5 years of our marriage. Looking forward for your response.

I am 83 years old .l have taken treatment in form of medicines and chemotherapy for prostate cancer in year 2013 and thereafter injection eligard in every six months for two years. At present my psa level is 0.42 ng/l.blood pressure 65/145 (it remains at this range since along ).no diabetes. I am taking following medicines urimax 0.4 stamlo 2.5. For last 4-5 months there is some hemorrhage from my rectum but without any pain or itching. My physician says it is due to piles or hemorrhoids and as per his suggestions I am taking following medicines for it tab thanks od and applying smith gel and many other medicines but no any relief so far. For last few days frequency of bleeding has increased and now my hb is 9.6% please suggest me (1) suitable medicines (2) if there is any problem which is other than piles or hemorrhoids (3) if necessary, then to which doctor (specific field) should I consult with?

My sister is 36 years old and suffering from Psychotic depression since 1.5 years and also suffering from Thyroid also. Doctor has prescribed an injection of CLOPIXOL DEPOT 200MG (INTRA-MUSCULAR DEEP) EVERY 15 DAYS. Is it right to give this injection to her. It's been 1.5 years and the changes we wanted to see are still not getting visible. I want my sister to get back to normalcy ASAP.

As per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy
1. Take 2 tbsp crushed flaxseeds
2. Add little water
3. Mix well and make paste
4. Apply this on the throat
5. Wash off after 20 min
6. Dry with a clean piece of cloth
7. Natural home remedy using sorrel leaves and olive oil
