Hello doctor, I underwent a cyst removal surgery on 1st May, took lupride for 6 months last dose on 9th October 2017. Had my first period on Feb 12th for 4 days. Then I had spotting on 11th March but till today the the periods are continuing .though it's not heavy, very less, no pain also but its continuing for around 10 days now. Is it normal Thank you.

Hello, Yes, it is often normal to experience irregular bleeding after stopping lupride and once the menses resume. You may opt for antifibrinolytics to stop or control the bleed and then in the next cycle can get an ultrasound pelvis done, to check if an endometrial biopsy is required.

I am getting regular periods. The size of two cyst was 3.3*3.3 cms, and other was 2.5×2.5 cms.i have done operation last week. After the operation doctor tell me that I have endometriosis. She suggest me to take injection lupride. At first time I have conceive but I got miscarriage after 2 month.Please help me for getting conceive.

I have pcod my trying to conceive Dr. prescribed me persinal 150iu for 5 days egg follicles were 18 and 19 in size Dr. gave me lupride inj and pct test was done it is good enough. My question is should I go for iui is it compulsory when every thing is good? Can we try naturally? Or go for IUI. Thank you in advance.

Please note it is not compulsory that you should go for IUI , you can try naturally also. With IUI the chances of conception are more.

Mr. lybrate-user, inj zometa can be safely given if calcium and creatinine is normal. Even if some side effects are there they can be taken care of by doctors all medicines for that matter can have side effects.

Since the cyst is too large to remove laparoscopically and you are likely to have adhesions from previous surgeries which will make open surgeries difficult, it's better to go for medical treatment.

3 months ago I had miscarriages 6 week fetus, at that time I came to know that I have degenerated subserosa fibroid 4.5×5.3×4.5 for that doctor suggested 3 dose lupride injection, so when I will plan for baby? And which foods can help me to overcome from this?

Hai.. If your fibroid is not interfering with the endometrial cavity, its better ignored.. If your age is more than 35, Luprolide will supress your ovarian function for too long.. Its better you discuss with your doctor before the next dose.. Best wishes

Hello,
Need to know little more details about your age and complain before suggesting treatment.
If you are asymptomatic and the fibroid was detected incidentally than no further treatment is required apart from periodic follow up.

You need to follow up with scan (follicular monitoring), it might rupture or there is a possibility of cyst/ unruptured follicle.

After using depot provera injection for one time. Why i'm spotting I use trenaxa tablets for five days to stop but no use still i'm spotting. How many days it takes to stop. When spotting will stop completely my doctor suggested me to take a depot provera injection to stop my bleeding why because i'm completed 2 months of c section and tubectomy and i'm breast feeding mother and i'm still bleeding.

Some spotting after cesarean is common you need not worry and let it fade with time
just ensure you are breastfeeeding properly 6-8 times per day including night feeds
no top feed
irregular breast feeding is common cause for such spotting after pregnancy.
Do report if you have heavy bleeding or foul smelling discharge or fever.
