twice laparoscopy has been done on me for endometriosis cyst and been on zoladex 3.5 injection for 3 months but then done it partially. Now I am suffering from complex hemorrhagic cyst sized 3.5 cm. Dr. put me on novelon for 1 month and then they told me to go for mirena as well digest 2 mg .my question is can I continue novelon instead of going for mirena right nkw. Also if I take digest 2 mg for 1 year and then use mirena. Will it be safe for me or not? My ca 125 test is 35.1.

I have a history of endometriosis .first in 2005 I got a large ovarian chocolate cyst which was removed surgically since then I was doing fine. Again in 2020 I had uterine polyp and adhesions which was treated by dinofest and regestrone, again in 2023 I had huge ovarian cysts in both ovaries and volume was 500 ml, which was operated recently and presently I am on regestrone and monthly dose of zoladex for 3 month. My query is zoladex ideal for treatment as the injection is v painful after surgery and also can I get pregnant after the treatment with zoladex? My ovaries are preserved, my amh level is 4.04,and my tubes are fine. I am 39 nae, what is the line of treatment naw to get pregnant? Is there any alternative to zoladex. I had 1 dose before my surgery. I want to know if zoladex is the right option?

You can discuss taking lupride injection with your doctor. Though zoladex is more effective and reduces symptoms better. Post zoladex treatment it's feasible to get pregnant. In view of your age and condition, it's better to go for ivf for pregnancy.
