Stop lupisulin nph. Take lupisulin30: 70 twice a day 1/2 hour before meals. If you are obese add metformin 1000 mg twice day after meals and stop dibizide m also. You will be benefitted.

Normally insulin is prescribed to a patient under strict supervision of the treating physician to is has to be regulated insulin inj given when the diabetes is not controlled by diet, exercise and oral medication so you should consult a medical specialist or dibetologist for dter! iningvthe the doses of insulin. Do not self medicate.

There was no difference in incidence of hypoglycaemia. Conclusions: switching from human insulin mix 30: 70 to analog insulin mix 50: 50 results in better post main meal control.
