- thing you have to do is to increase the appetite and absorption level
- for that you need to do some brisk walk and complete nutritional diet.
- take fresh ginger juice 5ml with pinch of salt before food daily twice
- always consume freshly prepared home food
- take kooshmanda rasayana 1spoon with milk daily twice
