You should primarily get an USG done and also basic blood tests in pregnancy. Breast tenderness is a common symptom of pregnancy. You may also have nausea, constipation in pregnancy. Eat fresh and healthy food with plenty of fluids. Avoid processed food and also avoid over the counter medications. It is better to refrain from sex in early pregnancy.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Madam you have mentioned three different medications plus Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism. There is absolutely nothing said about why the other three drugs are being prescribed. Plus there is no mention about TSH level or any symptoms. So there is no way to give any suggestions or make any comments. Thanks.

Unless your doctor feels there is a need to take progesterone at this time of pregnancy do not give it yourself. Consult your doctor.Let her decide after examining the baby. Most of the time in natural conception it is given as precaution rather than indicated. Some times without progesterone also everything might have gone well
