To loose weight you should take diet full of nutrition but less in fat and carbohydrate. Avoid bakery item, packaged food, fast food, sweets, ice cream, cold drink, rice, potato etc. Eat more salads , fruits , and green leafy vegetable. Exercise daily. Take old honey with lukewarm water with some lemon juice added in it.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily
use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily.
Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can.
Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked.
Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day.

Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil.
Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour.
It will give you a perfect glowing skin.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts.
