Hi Lybrate user.
190/120 mg blood pressure is too much high. First of all some investigation like renal function test, r/e of urine, lipid profile, fundoscopy should be done. Both medicines can be taken but I think more potent medicine are required.
Thank you.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
I have seen the given details. With hba1c% 6.8 % you are having diabetes. Pre-diabetic condition is considered when hba1c% is between 5.9 to 6.4%.hba1c% > 6.5% is diabetes.
Since you are on metformin 1000 mg twice a day, there is a possibility of getting its side-effects like repeated loos motions and other gastrointestinal symptoms also.
In the information there is no mention of your age, fasting and pp glucose levels also. Thanks.

I think, first you check your tsh and ecg, pounding of heat may not be because of amlodac. Rule out other causes first.

Urimax 0.4 mg capsule is fine for you and is an alpha-adrenoreceptor antagonist which is used in men to decrease the urine outflow resistance due to an enlarged prostate gland. This medicine should be used with caution as it may lower the blood pressure. It is not recommended in patients with a known history of allergy to tamsulosin and patients with a risk of erectile dysfunction.
