Hello doctor, I am suffering from both side shoulder pain, upper arm, Upper thigh, left elbow and left side knee pain which comes 1 day after the other continuously. Pain aggravates in the night time mostly. Checked with ortho doctor once. He taught me exercises for shoulder pain and advised me not to take arm and thigh pain as a big issue. So after that I did the exercises (Shoulder raise and release and shoulder rounding clockwise and anticlockwise) continuously and even till now am following. Then I visited the same doctor because my arm pain and typing was not produced and pain was much more aggravating after afternoon time and I was not able to do my household work regularly. Then doctor enquired me about my routine works so explained in that I didn't have any want to go out of my house since I'm doing my second degree and staying at home and does simple house works. Then he asked me to go out in sunshine and sit and walk for a while and he prescribed me Lumia 2K tablets and a Vitamin E tablet for 15 days. So everything went well till 8 to 10 days only 11th and 12th Day again I got the arm and typing and also the elbow pain and knee pain on the left side. Tablets are all over now. On my second visit doctor also told me that these are all soft tissue problems. I kindly expect a orthopedist along with a physiotherapist to reply to my doubt that what problem I am facing? Help me out please.

Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

Sir do not give her both calcium tablet and Iron syrup together, as calcium neutralizes iron.
You can give her Lumia 60 k cap - 1 per week till pregnancy.
If she is not tolerating iron syrup, try capsule - orofer xt daily.

Yes TB can be cured If you take treatment properly. Some medicine are for TB some for preventing side effects to TB medicine and some for preventing neurological complications of TB itself.
The medicines will continue for 12 months to 18 months.
