Take cap rabemacdsr once daily morning before breakfast empty stomach for 10 days.
Take tab cefolac-- o 200 + tab crocin advance twice daily for 10 days.
Take tab lumerax 80 mg twice daily for 3 days with milk after meals
take syrup ferikind -- m 2 tsf twice daily after meals for 15 days.

If your fever gets high for 1--2 hours daily and rest of the time normal or below normal.
If when your fever started you felt rigours for 15-- 20 minutes followed by excessive warmth associated with headaches and body aches.

Please note seriously what I am telling, the diagnosis will itself speak. These are my practical experience which I can say are 100% correct.
Before this fever starts about 3--4 days before patient feels headache (mild) and feeling of tiredness which he owes to his busy hectic routine.
