Hello dear. You may have to use it for months to see visible results. Also, you should not have any coagulopathy or blood related disorders.

Hi, please stop this combination cream. Use sunscreen like sunban or photostable every 2 hours when out in sun. You can prefer milder creams with niacinamide or vitamin c or kojic to apply at night for a few weeks. For specific recommendations, please send pictures to me or consult a local dermatologist.

Hii, hydroquinone and tretinoin based combination creams are to be used only under supervision when advised by a dermatologist. Otherwise it may cause pigmentation k/a exogenous oochronosis by hydroquinone and dryness (tretinoin). For radiance and shine, you can start with facewash based on your skin type, moisturiser, sunscreens and serums. Please consult a dermatologist so that you get a customised regime according to your skin type.

Hi lybrate-user. Both of these creams are not meant to be used for a long time. It might lead to skin thinning and damage. For glowing skin eat healthy, drink pleanty of water and try using sunscreen and vit c serum consistently.

Hello, as you are worried and have tried many commercial products which do more harm than good, try these home remedies. Dilute one part apple cider vinegar with three to four parts water (use four if you have sensitive skin), and then apply all over your face using a cotton ball or pad
Like apple cider vinegar, lemon juice contains citric acid. It also boasts L-ascorbic acid, a natural astringent and antioxidant.

Hi lybrate-user!
if you would have posted your pics, I would have suggested you better. Anyways do not worry ,there are multiple options right know to tackle spots, scars and uneven skin tone. Usually, cystic acne leaves bad scarring on face. Usually, fraxel c02 lasers, mnrf, peels, subscission will reduce acne scars better rather than plain creams. Scars are the result of damaged collagen ,so creams hardly give you good response as you expects. Coming to the actual answer to your query, tri...more
