No, betamethason is a steroid. Don't apply it. Instead apply lulifin cream twice daily. Keep area clean and dry.

Don't use candid B cream, it is harmful, take one capsule of Canditral 100 daily for 3-4 weeks, Lulifin cream at night, Avoid JUNK FOOD n take fruits and lots of water.

As per your complaints ,it seems that you are suffering from fungal infection.
It generally starts from inner aspect of thighs and if not controlled spreads to other parts of the body It can be completely cured if proper medications and precautions are taken otherwise it keeps occurring again and again Only Lulibet cream will not help
