it is safe but I would not recommend for a month, check with her foods, avoid all cold and sour foods , if the kid plays with water , avoid it, give her warm milk.
if it's a peditrician who advised for 1 month, the you can go ahead

It is safe to use this combination for long duration. But it is better to undergo basic investigation to rule out other causes.

This is due to heper reactive airways due to some substance in food generally oil or too much cold things avoid it and once you get attack take medicines for 6 weeks even symptoms subsides montelukast prevents so you have to continue even symptoms subsides. Consult your doctor.

I am taking solitair (levocetirizine and montelukast) tablet after every alternate day from last 2 years, is it harm ful or has any side effects? If so then please help me with some homeopathy medicine which help me with my skin itching (with red spots) problems along with this allergy problem I have hypothyroidism with TSH value greater then 150 and constipation problem.
