Firstly if eczema is diagnose by doctor you are not taking right treatment secondly if its fungal infection you need both oral medication topical and follow certain precautions like avoid contact ,use separate towel, keep good hygiene, on sweating apply anti fungal powder .review with pictures for correct diagnosis and treatment option.
