Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.
(you can opt for a private consultation for a prescription).

Better to undergo once again test related aftre consulting gynaecologist.
If tests come with no risk reported, then you can take any alternative medicine for not getting it repeatedly. Evn if, reports come with some thing not normal also, based on the intensity, diagnosis, you can follow homeot/t, {though temporarily you can take allopathy for the time being}.

Blood transfusions is the mainstay of treatment. Gene therapy remains a potential treatment for the future. The long-term hope is that thalassemia major will be cured by insertion of the normal beta-chain gene through gene therapy or by another modality of molecular medicine.
