Your daughter needs to be investigated properly, kindly get a urine routine/ microscopy, urine culture done, get an ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis, maintain a bladder diary for 7 days, diary should include number of times urine passed and quantity of urine passed, get back with the above mentioned investigations and bladder diary following which you will be prescribed medications.

Yes it's completely ok to take both the antibiotics together.
