Ayurveda is a very good treatment. Better to stop the present medicine. Along with ayurveda better to consult psychologist for overcome the problem of anxiety. It helps very much. Practice relaxation therapy and behaviour therapy. Psychological counselling is no side effects. Better to consult before ayurveda treatment. Take the advice of the psychologist. Then go for any medicinal help. Best of luck.

Dear lybrate-user, As per your report. Just by saying one per day you felt anxiety. It means you are an anxious personality who gets worried even on small things. Or a sensitive personality feels bad very fast I think along with medication you need psychotherapy after psychological test by clinical psychologist followed by psychiatrist consultation if you want to keep the medicine away. Talk to your doctor. N see if it resolves. Or feel free to come to us.
