Get a horizontal bucket, put Luke warm water and sit in that for 15 min. Three times a day (called seitz bath).
Apply ditigesic ointment in and out side of motion area for 3-4 times a day, after passing stool.
Take syp. Cremaffin plus 30 ml 1-0-1 for 5-6 days (adjust the doses in case of loose stool).
Take tab. Calpol 650 mg 1-1-1 for pain.
Apply Lignox 2% gelly inside motion area only before passing stool, this will decrease pain.
