As of now plan for symptomatic treatment and as five days have passed and it will take four more days to decrease the acute stage of infection and if necessary we can start with Aciclovir after clinical examination

Chicken pox does not need medication and for malaria chloroquine is the comments Aciclovir is an antiviral medicine that is sometimes given to people with chickenpox.
Aciclovir may be prescribed to:
Pregnant women
Adults, if they visit their GP within 24 hours of the rash appearing
Newborn babies

Apply cool compresses to ghav (sores) many times a day to relieve pain and itching if any. Also you can apply Acyclovir ointment (brand name Zovirax) and penciclovir cream (brand name Denavir) over the sores. Both work to speed up the healing process and reduce the viral activity.

You have not mentioned the drug you have taken for 3 days and is there any ulceration. For Spreading or ulcerative lesions topical acivir is not sufficient and you require systemic drug. You must take Oral Aciclovir 800 mg tablet 5 times a day for both cure and to prevent recurrence for 10-14 days. Take plenty of water as aciclovir is capable of causing kidney stones. Apart from taking symptomatic treatment we can start with aciclovir medication and can apply caladryl lotion if necessary and For pain take tablet paracetamol 500mg and to reduce itching take half tablet cetrizine twelve hourly after clinical examination and not to scrub any lesions and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

If you forget a dose of aciclovir, take it (or use the cream or eye ointment) as soon as you remember, unless it's nearly time for your next dose. In this case, just skip the missed dose and continue with your next one at the usual time. Never have 2 doses at the same time.
