You haven’t mentioned the indication why these medicines were prescribed. It is in best interest of the patient to NOT INCREASE/CHANGE dosage of the medicines without consulting the doctor who prescribed them in the first place as that may lead to unexpected side effects.
Best to either discuss concerns with your psychiatrist or consult another for a second opinion.
