Medicines take some time to act. Frequent change of medicine may not be useful rather it may be harmful. You have not mentioned nature and number of loose motion. If it is watery without blood and/ or mucous, it is most likrly due to viral infection in which there is no role of Antibiotics. Maintain hydration, give ORS (if not liking ors and prefer water, give him water or liquid of his choice- not sugar rich driks). Continue feeding and follow instruction of pediatrician.

Hi
It seems as a parent you are suffering from lot of food fads. Cough and cold in young children are not related to food. I know that it is hard to turn around the deep seated belief that some cold food is causing him coughing and sneezing. Guava, Amla and other citrus fruits are great source of vitamin c that will protect him from seasonal cough cold.
If milk cause bloating it is extremely necessary to give him other milk products viz curd, paneer, cheese etc to get adequate calcium.more

It is very likely that she may be having these symptoms as a result of teething, but infection cannot be completely ruled out at this stage. I would suggest you to give her some medication to bring down the temperature whenever it crosses 100 degrees and observe for next 1-2 days, if fever becomes higher or more frequent or any other new symptoms develop then you must take her to a doctor to check for any infection and start appropriate medications.

He seems to be having some issues in school. Ask him nicely without scolding him. Maybe some child is bullying him or he is scared of some teacher. Make enquiry in school also. It seems more of physiologically rather than physical. Give him kumariasav no 3 1tbsp thrice after food. Aswagandharishta 1 tb thrice. Wth equal amount of water.
