Headache and dizziness can be because of some opthalmic refractory error- means he might need specs. So first check his number and if its ok, see a pediatric neurophysician.

Please immediately go to an opthalmic surgeon for a check up. Please mention about the health details of the patient to the doctor. The correct diagnosis can be had only after physical examination of the eyes and the retina. The treament would be suggested only after the diagnosis.

Dear Sir,
Redness in your eyes maybe due to infection or allergy or even dry eyes. Each of them has a completely different treatment which can be decided only once you are examined by the eye doctor. Pls visit an Eye surgeon close to you at the earliest. Mostly none of these conditions require any oral Tablets so pls do not self prescribe any medication.

HI lybrate-user. You may consult to a good opthalmic surgeon. But consider taking homoeopathic medicine. With that.
You may give him.
Homoeopathic medicine
Arnica Montana 200 one dose for 3 days.
Hamamelis 30 tds for 3 days.
See if it helps.
