Dear freind
cromal eye drops are used for allergic conjunctival issue and they are to be put in the eye there is surely some confusion between the prescribing doctor and the dispensing chemist, please do not use it and go back to the doctor and get it clarified.

Treatment depends on the cause and if it is due to infection than antibiotics are required and if it is due to allergy than anti allergic drops are required and also check for refractive error and follow up with reports.
