When I consume a beer or 2 I get a bad headache. This does not happen with wine, whiskey or other alcohols only beer. It is worse with darker beers. I have recently changed medications for my blood pressure from Valsartan to Losartan.

If diastolic is always below 80 and systolic rises to 150 on most of the evenings then recheck after 15 minutes of rest. If still above 140 then add Tab. Amlong 2.5 in the evening around 6 pm.
As for your second question. All three drugs are almost same on action potency and lil different in side effects. So doesn't matter which one you take until your kidneys are fine.

She requires change a slight change in medications, a combination of medications, hopefully she may have already had echo, ecg, kidney function tests etc to find any causes that may be leading to this hypertension. Also please ensure she is taking lifestyle measures like salt control in diet, daily 30 mins of walking and eating a healthy diet (you can take detailed diet precautions for the same)

I have high blood pressure but it is controlled now by medicine losartan 50mg at nightime. I also have blood sugar for which I am taking jalra m 50mg. Therefore my question is why am I having dizziness suddenly after food in the mornings and evenings. Your diabetes is controlled not only cuz you are exercising and eating healthy but also cuz you are on two medication as a combination in Janumet. It is quite possible that by stopping medication your sugars me become deranged, so unless you are experiencing any side-effects please continue the medications and if you are experiencing some side-effects, then please consult your treating diabetes specialists for alternative medications.
