With avas ther is chance of getting these report. Either you shoud continue or not depends for what condition you are consuming it.

Both medicines have the same basic composition and both seem to have the same strength of dosage. You should ask your doctor directly the reason of change as they both belong to the same group of drugs. You can safely take either as they basically are the same.
